We are working with leading media and consumer brands to pioneer the field of mobile advertising and looking for an energetic, self-starter to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will combine project management with broader business experience to assume a more senior role as the company expands.

The project manager acts as liaison between U.S. team, clients, and U.K headquarters for new feature development and client service deployments responsible for requirements analysis and documentation, project management, and status reporting.

The job requires excellent communications skills, attention to detail, understanding of wireless technologies, and experience driving to project milestones. The ideal candidate will have leadership and organizational skills as well as the dynamism to work in a growing, entrepreneurial organization.

Job Functions:
• Acts as liaison between U.S. team and U.K. project management counterpart for new feature development
• Act as client project lead with our technical and partner-facing managers for client needs analysis and service deployment.
• Coordinate project communications, organize project activity schedules, and ensure progress towards timing milestones
• Combine technical and business understanding with communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical objectives
• Review and document processes, requirements, and systems for implementation
• Develop detailed functional, data and technical requirements using best practice processes and techniques
• Prepare reports on progress and results

Required Qualification/Skills:
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with persistent attention to detail.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management
• At least 1 year of Internet/Web project management with exposure to work experience within the mobile wireless & digital media space highly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a willingness to step in where needed
• Ability to work with internal and external constituents to meet or exceed milestones.
• Knowledge of wireless data industry highly desired
• Comfortable in fast moving, start-up environment
• Comfortable with 25% travel (U.S. and International)

Experience/Education:
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing technology projects in a consultative environment
• Demonstrated requirement definition experience and direct client interaction
